Can my floors be refinished?
Often, yes. Surface wear, scratches, faded paths, and dated color can frequently be addressed. Previous sanding, moisture damage, loose boards, and the type of flooring can change the recommendation, which is why we assess the floor in person.
How much dust should I expect?
Sanding is real work, but planetary equipment and thoughtful dust containment help keep the process more manageable. We also plan around the rooms, access, and household routines before work begins.
Do we need to move out?
That depends on the rooms, how they connect, the scope of the work, and drying time. The assessment is where we can give you a practical plan for access, furniture, and pets.
Can we change the stain color?
A color change is often possible, but the species, current finish, board condition, and the preparation needed all matter. A sample area helps make the direction clear before the full floor is finished.
